How long does epoxy flooring installation take?
Most residential garage projects are completed in 1-2 days. This includes surface preparation, primer application, epoxy coating, and curing time. Larger commercial projects may take 3-5 days depending on the size and complexity.
How long before I can walk on or park on my new epoxy floor?
You can walk on your new floor with soft-soled shoes after 24 hours. Light traffic is fine after 48 hours, and you can park vehicles after 72 hours. Full chemical resistance is achieved after 7 days of curing.
How long does epoxy flooring last?

What's the difference between flake and metallic epoxy?
Flake epoxy uses vinyl color chips to create a textured, multi-colored appearance that’s excellent at hiding imperfections and providing slip resistance. Metallic epoxy uses metallic pigments to create stunning, one-of-a-kind swirling patterns with a high-gloss, smooth finish. Both are extremely durable.
Can epoxy be applied to any concrete floor?
Most concrete floors can receive epoxy coating, but proper surface preparation is essential. We perform moisture testing and assess the condition of your concrete during our free consultation. Cracks and imperfections are repaired before coating application.
How do I maintain my epoxy floor?
Epoxy floors are very low maintenance! Regular sweeping and occasional mopping with a mild cleaner is all that’s needed. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners. For garages, we recommend using floor mats under vehicles to catch drips.
Is epoxy flooring slippery?
